Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Via local delivery agencies, local freight forwarders to international and DHL, with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via trusted travel agencies. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transport costs to go and ship (to the external service provider who will transport the package to the customer. For some delivery methods, the customer will pay directly the full shipping costs including the costs of the external service provider such as DHL and local travel agencies). Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package, the size and sensitivity. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.
